Versluys Promoted to Technical Support Specialist
July 01, 2008— INFO-PRO Mortgage Services Corporation (INFO-PRO) is pleased to congratulate Tim Versluys on his promotion to Senior Technical Support Specialist. In his new role, Versluys will be the lead team member responsible for providing customer support and helping implement improvement for the INFO-Exchange interface and for assisting new customers get started with INFO-PRO. Versluys joined the INFO-PRO Operations Team as a Search Associate in March 2006, responsible for searching and reporting delinquency tax and tax escrow results to INFO-PRO clients and was promoted to Technical Support Specialist January 1, 2007.
“Because of our rapid customer growth, we needed to increase the size of our Technical Support department and add to its role. This is the second time in two years that Tim has taken on new responsibilities through promotion. In the past he has always been up to the task and done a great job for our team and I'm sure he will do the same in his new role,” says President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Kujawa.
