August 29, 2008— INFO-PRO Mortgage Services Corporation (INFO-PRO) announces the acquisition of flood hazard determination provider Property Research Data, Ltd. of Northbrook, Illinois. This acquisition will strengthen INFO-PRO's product offerings to banks and credit unions by adding flood services to its existing real estate tax services.

“Property Research Data was an excellent fit for INFO-PRO. It began operations in 1995 so there was tremendous experience there. In addition, we share many common customers and a similar operations footprint,” says President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Kujawa.

As a result of the aquisition, INFO-PRO will add flood hazard determination services to its lineup of real estate tax services. The business will relocate from its existing location in Northbrook to INFO-PRO's home office in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and operate under the INFO-PRO name. As part of the acquisition, Phil Scully of Property Research Data will stay on in a consulting role for three years.
