INFO-Exchange®, is our custom designed, interactive website that is provided to our customers at no extra charge. After utilizing a previous website and receiving customer requests for additional features, INFO-PRO® decided to create an entirely new website. After surveying all current customers and asking what they wanted this website to do, the site construction took nearly a year and included several months of live beta testing with eager customers. The final result, INFO-Exchange®, is designed to be customizable for each customer, easy-to-use and learn, and be useful for all sizes of lenders.
We designed INFO-Exchange® to provide you with:
- Access to your entire mortgage loan portfolio file that we use for searching.
- The ability to quickly search loans for tax status, tax key information, and more.
- The ability to easily add new loans, refinances, and payoffs.
- Custom Reporting features that allow you to generate reports by county, year, etc. and to see delinquencies, escrow amounts and other useful information.
- Access to a database of county and municipality information.
- A summary feature that provides you with a snapshot of the total delinquencies in your portfolio.
Best of all, INFO-PRO® will not charge you additional fees to be able to access INFO-Exchange®. In addition, all new customers are provided personal free training on the website and all customers are provided free customer support Monday-Friday 8 A.M. – 5 P.M. CST.
