LOUIS J. ANDREW, JR. Owner Louis J. Andrew, Jr. has been practicing law in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, for approximately 35 years. He specializes in real estate law and represents small and medium sized businesses. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Fond du Lac County Bar Association. He is a past president of the Fond du Lac County Bar Association. He has been a lecturer on numerous occasions for the State Bar of Wisconsin, the ABA Technology Conference and other continuing education providers in Wisconsin on real estate law and the general subject of technology as applied to the practice of law. In addition to INFO-PRO, he is also the owner and CEO of Guaranty Title Services, Inc. that operates title insurance agencies in 8 Wisconsin locations. The offices employ approximately 80 people. Mr. Andrew has been in the title insurance business for 20 years. Mr. Andrew attended undergraduate school at the University of Notre Dame and graduated in 1963 with a major in accounting. He then attended Marquette University Law School and graduated in 1966 with a J.D. degree. He has attended numerous management training programs at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, University of Chicago, Stanford University GSB and the Kellogg School of Northwestern University. He is a vice president of and a member of the board of directors of the Experimental Aircraft Association, Inc. (EAA). He is Chairman of the EAA Executive Committee. He is also a member of the board of National Exchange Bank-Trust Division and the International Aerobatic Club, Inc. Andrew was a member of the Governor's Blue Ribbon Task Force on Privacy and is a member of the Governor's Judicial Selection Commission. Mr. Andrew is or has been a member of the board and/or officer of the following community organizations: Marian College of Fond du Lac, Marquette University Law School Advisory Board, Rotary Club of Fond du Lac, Bethany House for the Homeless, St. Agnes Hospital, Inc., St. Joseph Roman Catholic Congregation, United Fund of Fond du Lac, Blandine House, Inc., ADVOCAP, Inc., Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fond du Lac. He was also the Chairman of the Wisconsin Public Intervenor Board. Mr. Andrew resides in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and has lived there for most of his life. He is married to Suzanne and they have five children. Flying small airplanes, sailing, cooking, reading, symphonic music and motorcycling are his hobbies. ALEX KOWALSKI President and Chief Operating Officer Alex J. Kowalski was named President and COO of INFO-PRO Mortgage Services Corporation in June 2010. Prior to that, Alex was President of a sister company, INFO-PRO Legal Forms. During Mr. Kowalski's tenure the company completed a major product conversion and grew new product sales by over 75%. He was also responsible for all company related real estate needs including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining INFO-PRO Alex founded Alta Exchange Group LLC in 2006 to help real estate investors successfully complete §1031 "like kind" exchanges. As President, Alex worked directly with investors looking to complete exchanges. His expertise in exchanges, tenant in common structures, entity selection and real estate valuation helped him place over $5MM of investor equity in replacement property in three years deferring millions of dollars in capital gains taxes in the process. Alex spent two years as a shift manager for International Paper and also worked on the supply side of the industry as a sales representative for AstenJohnson. He has both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from Michigan Technological University. Alex is a member of the Board of Directors for New North Inc. and a member of the Fond du Lac noon rotary. Alex and his wife Holly enjoy playing golf and downhill skiing. They have two children, Annika and Isaac, and reside in Sherwood, WI. MARC S. CHRETIEN Senior Vice President Marc S. Chretien joined INFO-PRO Mortgage Services Corporation as a result of the acquisition of Mortgage Services Corporation (MSC) in April 2004, where he was the President and CEO. Marc has 21 years of sales experience in the real estate tax industry and has the responsibility of growing INFO-PRO Mortgage Services Corporation to be a national real estate tax provider. Mr. Chretien grew up in Maine and was a Journalism/Broadcasting major at the University of Maine. Marc began his career in the real estate tax industry with American Realty Tax Services, opening offices in New England and Wisconsin with his wife Jeanette. Marc is the father of three boys, Kyle, Josh and Tony, and is an avid sports enthusiast. He is an active member in his local Parish and also in the Brookfield community as a 4th Degree Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. MERRI J. SMITH Vice President In 1995 INFO-PRO was formed and Merri J. Smith was appointed Vice President. Merri graduated with honors from UW-Green Bay with a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Studies and a minor in Education. She began her career as an 8th grade teacher in Johnsburg, Wisconsin. In 1988 Merri joined Andrew Law Offices, S.C. in Fond du Lac, working predominately in the areas of Real Estate and Probate. Between 1990 and 1992 she worked for a sister company, Guaranty Title Services, Inc. Merri resides in Fond du Lac and has three children, Kathryn, Abbey and Jesse. She serves on the Board of Music for Hope Lutheran Church. In 2003 Merri founded Lily Anna Soaps and continues to enjoy soap-making, as well as handbell choir, reading and cooking. KRISTEEN M. PELOT Director - Search Operations Kristeen M. Pelot joined INFO-PRO Mortgage Services Corporation as Operations Manager in August 2004. Kris graduated with honors from Marian University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration - Operations Management and has an Industrial Engineering Technician Degree from Moraine Park Technical College. Kris began her career in 1997 in the manufacturing industry holding positions in Quality Engineering and Purchasing, primarily focused on business process reengineering, ISO 9001 coordination and supplier quality at Giddings and Lewis, LLC in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. In 2002, she left Giddings and Lewis, LLC for a position with Guaranty Title Services, Inc. as Quality Coordinator and Title Searcher. There she coordinated process mapping and reengineering in multiple departments, oversaw the standardization of processes for several business units and performed title searches. Kris is a member of the American Society for Quality and Women in Management - Fond du Lac Chapter. She resides in North Fond du Lac with her husband Ryan and daughters, Korynne, Claire and Megan. MICHAEL A. BRAUN Manager - Customer Support Michael A. Braun joined INFO-PRO Mortgage Services Corporation as an Account Manager in April 2009, focusing on flood determinations sales and customer support. He was named the Manager of Customer Support in May 2011. Prior to joining INFO-PRO, Mike worked in sales and account management in the financial services and manufacturing industries, most recently at Brunswick Corporation. Before leaving Brunswick Corporation, he held the role of Account Manager for Mercury Racing, responsible for sales of high performance marine propulsion for national accounts. Mike's holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Services from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. Mike resides in Fond du Lac with his wife Betsy and two boys, Gabriel and Heath. He enjoys playing golf and watching the Green Bay Packers. MARK G. DANIELS Manager - Tax Research Mark G. Daniels began his business pursuits within INFO-PRO Mortgage Systems in April 2010 as Manager of Tax Research. His previous business experience includes 22 years of leadership in operations, management, sales, customer service, and consumer response. He has been trained in Lean Six Sigma and Consultative Selling. Mark earned his Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater in May 2007. He graduated from St. Norbert College with a Business Administration Degree in May 1989. Mark and his wife Cathy live in Fond du Lac with their two daughters, Liz and Erica. Mark has coached his daughters' soccer teams for the past 13 years. Besides coaching, Mark also volunteers his time working with the Fond du Lac Soccer Association. KEVIN A. BENSON Manager - Information Systems Kevin A. Benson joined INFO-PRO Mortgage Service Corporation as Manager - Information Systems in November 2010. Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a Bachelors of Business Administration Finance Degree. After working in various financial institutions for 10 years Kevin pursued a career in Information Technology. For the past 10 years Kevin has worked as a consultant with several Fortune 100 companies and K12 school districts improving their Customer Relationship Management, Data Warehousing, and Information Technology Security applications. Kevin resides in Fond du Lac with his wife and children and is an avid outdoorsman. He is also the Vice President of his Church Council and a leader of multiple youth groups within the church.
