Louis J. Andrew, Jr. has been practicing law in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, for approximately 35 years. He specializes in real estate law and represents small and medium sized businesses.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Fond du Lac County Bar Association. He is a past president of the Fond du Lac County Bar Association. He has been a lecturer on numerous occasions for the State Bar of Wisconsin, the ABA Technology Conference and other continuing education providers in Wisconsin on real estate law and the general subject of technology as applied to the practice of law.
In addition to INFO-PRO®, he is also the owner and CEO of Guaranty Title Services, Inc. that operates title insurance agencies in 8 Wisconsin locations. The offices employ approximately 80 people. Mr. Andrew has been in the title insurance business for 20 years.
Mr. Andrew attended undergraduate school at the University of Notre Dame and graduated in 1963 with a major in accounting. He then attended Marquette University Law School and graduated in 1966 with a J.D. degree. He has attended numerous management training programs at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, University of Chicago, Stanford University GSB and the Kellogg School of Northwestern University.
He is a vice president of and a member of the board of directors of the Experimental Aircraft Association, Inc. (EAA). He is Chairman of the EAA Executive Committee. He is also a member of the board of National Exchange Bank-Trust Division and the International Aerobatic Club, Inc. Andrew was a member of the Governor's Blue Ribbon Task Force on Privacy and is a member of the Governor's Judicial Selection Commission.
Mr. Andrew is or has been a member of the board and/or officer of the following community organizations: Marian College of Fond du Lac, Marquette University Law School Advisory Board, Rotary Club of Fond du Lac, Bethany House for the Homeless, St. Agnes Hospital, Inc., St. Joseph Roman Catholic Congregation, United Fund of Fond du Lac, Blandine House, Inc., ADVOCAP, Inc., Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fond du Lac. He was also the Chairman of the Wisconsin Public Intervenor Board.
Mr. Andrew resides in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and has lived there for most of his life. He is married to Suzanne and they have five children. Flying small airplanes, sailing, cooking, reading, symphonic music and motorcycling are his hobbies.

PETER J. KUJAWA

Peter J. Kujawa joined INFO-PRO® as President in May of 2003. In addition to INFO-PRO®, he is also the Executive Vice President of Sales for Guaranty Title Services, Inc. (GTS) that operates title insurance companies in seven Wisconsin locations and employs approximately 80 people.
Mr. Kujawa attended undergraduate school at the Marquette University and graduated in 1992 with a major in communications. After graduating from Marquette, he worked for U.S. Cellular in various sales and management positions in Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin and concurrently completed U.S. Cellular’s Manager-In-Training program. In 1996, he left to manage sales for BellSouth Mobility in several Northeast Wisconsin markets operating as Cellular One. In 1998, he returned to U.S. Cellular in Milwaukee and was the Major Account Sales Manager until leaving in 2001. At both U.S. Cellular and BellSouth, Mr. Kujawa specialized in revitalizing under-performing markets and entering new markets.
While working full-time for U.S. Cellular in Milwaukee, Peter attended Marquette University Law School’s part-time program. After leaving U.S. Cellular, he clerked at Weiss Berzowski Brady LLP in Milwaukee, Gatzke & Ruppelt in New Berlin, and The United States Attorney in Milwaukee. At Marquette he served as Chief Justice in charge of the Moot Court program. He graduated in 2002 with a J.D. degree and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. After graduation Mr. Kujawa worked in legal content consulting for Thomson West in Eastern Wisconsin until joining INFO-PRO®.
Mr. Kujawa is an active member of the Fond du Lac Noon Rotary Club, serving as a board member for its charitable foundation and also as President of the Marquette University Law School Alumni Board. He is an Eagle Scout and has completed several triathlons. He enjoys biking, wine collecting and studying American history. He resides in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin with his wife, Stephanie and his children, Ryan and Emma.

MARC S. CHRETIEN

Marc S. Chretien joined INFO-PRO® Mortgage Services Corporation as a result of the acquisition of Mortgage Services Corporation (MSC) in April 2004, where he was the President and CEO. Marc has 15 years of experience in the real estate tax servicing industry and with his wife, Jeanette, founded MSC 7 years ago. Under his leadership, MSC quickly became the largest company of its kind in the upper Midwest and the synergy between MSC and INFO-PRO made the two organizations a natural fit. After the acquisition, Marc remained in his new capacity in charge of sales with the responsibility of growing INFO-PRO® Mortgage Services Corporation to be a national real estate tax provider.
Mr. Chretien grew up in Maine and graduated from the University of Maine with a journalism broadcasting major in 1985. After a four-year stint as a nationally recognized leader in the insurance industry, Marc opened the New England regional office for American Realty Tax Service (ARTS) in January 1990. Six years and 150 new clients later, Marc moved to Wisconsin to open another region. ARTS was acquired two years later and Marc & Jeanette opened their own company, Mortgage Services Corporation, which became the largest real estate tax service company in the upper-Midwest until its April, 2004 acquisition by INFO-PRO®.
Marc is the father of three boys, Kyle, Josh and Tony, and is an avid sports enthusiast. He is an active member in the Brookfield community as a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus and also serves on his Parish Council.

MERRI J. SMITH

In 1995 INFO-PRO® was formed and Merri J. Smith was appointed, and continues to serve as, Vice President. Merri graduated with honors from UW-Green Bay with a Bachelor’s Degree in Regional Analysis and a minor in Education. After graduating, she was an 8th grade teacher in Johnsburg, Wisconsin for several years. In 1988 she joined Andrew Law Offices, S.C. in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, working predominately in the areas of Real Estate and Probate. Between 1990 and 1992 she worked for Guaranty Title Services, Inc. (also owned by INFO-PRO’s founder, Atty. Louis J. Andrew, Jr.) as well as Andrew Law Offices.
Merri resides in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and has three children, Kathryn, Abbey and Jesse. She enjoys soap-making, handbell choir, reading and cooking.

Kristeen M. Pelot joined INFO-PRO® Mortgage Services Corporation as a Operations Manager in August 2004. Kris holds an Industrial Engineering Degree and is currently working towards a degree in Business Administration; Operations Management. Kris began her career in 1997 in the manufacturing industry holding positions in Quality Engineering and Purchasing, primarily focused on business process reengineering, ISO 9001 coordination and supplier quality at Giddings and Lewis, LLC in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. In 2002, she left Giddings and Lewis, LLC for a position with Guaranty Title Services, Inc. as Quality Coordinator and Title Searcher. There she coordinated process mapping and reengineering in multiple departments, oversaw the standardization of processes for several business units and performed title searches.
Kris is a member of the American Society for Quality and resides in North Fond du Lac, Wisconsin with her husband Ryan and daughters Korynne, Claire, and Megan. |
