The most frequent questions about INFO-Exchange® pertain to what precautions we have taken to secure the site. We know that our customers take security seriously and, because we do as well, we have taken multiple steps to secure the data, a few of which are:
- Only selected IP Addresses will be allowed through our firewall, even to access the login to our site.
- Each individual user at a customer will be provided a unique password. We can issue each of these with either full access (ability to fully access the portfolio and make changes to it) or with read-only access (ability to view the portfolio, but not make changes to it).
- Both the primary site and its backup are located on servers exclusively for INFO-Exchange® and located in secure data centers owned by our wholly owned sibling company, Guaranty Title Services, Inc.
- All data is transmitted using 128-bit encryption using SSL.
